Chef Henry learned to cook at our mama's side from a young age. He loved to help in the kitchen and would swap kitchen jobs with his brothers to spend more time at the stove. He knew that ingredients were important and would experiment with different flavor combinations.
As Henry grew older, he looked for opportunities to gain experience. As a teenager, this included online video courses and following YouTube channels.
After high school, Henry went on to train at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Rated one of the best culinary schools in the world, he worked vigorously and specialized in alternative ingredients. He now uses this hard-won knowledge to create tasty, everyday alternatives for people with food allergies and sensitivities.
